Services that take weeks, and customers who can see why
Watches are recorded by brand, model, serial number, movement, case and strap, and clocks by type, maker and movement. The price list starts with batteries, pressure tests, glasses and full services for automatic and quartz, and turnarounds run from same day to eight weeks.
30 days free. No card needed.

What it fixes
How long's my service taking?
A full service can take weeks. Customers open their status link to see whether it's being serviced or waiting for parts, instead of ringing.
Quote once the caseback's off
Assess the movement, then send a quote for the service or parts. Nothing starts until the customer has approved it from the link you send.
Clocks in the same place
Mantel, carriage and longcase clocks get their own record with maker and movement, so clock work isn't kept in a separate book.
